Parth Chandra resolved DRILL-1315.

Resolution: Cannot Reproduce
I can no longer reproduce this. Successfully connected to two different
clusters with different cluster ids from a client with only sqlline
(drill-override.conf had entries with different cluster ids). Also connected to
cluster 2 from sqlline on cluster 1.
