Drill-local does not survive the drillbit being restarted. Once the connection
is lost the interface becomes useless and a connection is not established again
even though the drillbit come on-line egain.
The error is:
Error: CONNECTION ERROR: Connection /127.0.0.1:58906 <--> /127.0.0.1:31010
(user client) closed unexpectedly.
