This is great news! Thanks to everyone at MapR for contributing this to the community. I'll take the task of trying to provide an easy way of executing this on Amazon so people don't have to have physical machines. It should be our goal in the next few months to get this incorporated into the project proper and have it a set of precommit criteria for the entire community.
