The jcl-over-slf4j bridge should be all that is necessary. Is HBase doing
something weird that means that doesn't work? Or is that just missing for some
reason?
jcl-over-slf4j makes it so we get all logging over logback which helps
debug hbase issues (I definitely used it when I was working on resolving the
hbase guava version issues)
