Updated patch:
- Add optional Hadoop configuration override for WorkspaceConfig
- Rename FormatSelect to FileSystemReadEntry. An additional entry
'workspace'
is added to identify which workspace this read entry came from.
- GroupScans/SubScans/Writers in FileSystemPlugin now have one more extra
parameter "workspace"
