Zookeeper initial connection timeout

Hi,

Does anyone know if there is a reason for hard-coding the initial Zookeeper 
connection timeout to 10 seconds in org.apache.drill.exec.server.Drillbit.run.

Why not for example use drill.exec.zk.timeout or another new config instead?
