As a user, I find I spend far too much time trying to track down items such as:
* The full form of the JDBC connection string (direct vs. ZK, how to specify ZK
cluster id, etc.)
* The set of Drill scripts (drilbit.sh, sqlline, etc.)
* The options for each script
Please provide a reference page that lists each of these items, perhaps in a
form adopted from the classic "man page" format.
