The Drill distribution includes a "dumpcat" script in the $DRILL_HOME/bin
directory. However, no documentation exists for the tool. The only reference on
Apache Drill is from a JIRA.
This appears to be a script used by developers in years past to diagnose
customer issues. In case the tool may be useful in the future, we will leave it
in the Git source tree, but omit it from the distribution (since we will not
test or document it.)
