Fix For: 1.9.0
+ Use ImpersonationUtil#getProcessUserName rather than
UserGroupInformation#getCurrentUser#getUserName in RemoteFunctionRegistry
+ Expose process users' group info in ImpersonationUtil and use that in
RemoteFunctionRegistry, rather than
UserGroupInformation#getCurrentUser#getGroupNames
