Please explain the keys here. The first key is... schema name? The second
key the internal name of that table? So, this is a map from temp table name to
a map of (on disk name->schema)? (I may still not get this right, have revised
this note several time as I try to infer the key meanings...)
If this is a map of schema names to (internal name, schema) pairs, doesn't
this mean we duplicate the schema for ever internal name? No harm, but seems a
bit awkward...
Also, does this handle the case where the same temp table is created twice
in the same schema (seems to.) How about this: a nefarious (or clueless) user
has schema A and B both refer to the same disk directory. How will we tell that
tabname_uuid in B is already taken by a temp table of the same name in A?
