1. Changed "In this release, Drill disables the DECIMAL data type..." to "In
the 1.0 release, Drill disables the DECIMAL data type..." in
https://drill.apache.org/docs/supported-data-types/.
2. Added a note about CHAR data type support in the Hive plugin as of Drill 1.7
in https://drill.apache.org/docs/hive-to-drill-data-type-mapping/.
3. Changed "Currently, Drill supports only variable-length strings" to "The
CHAR data type is internally represented as VARCHAR by Drill" in
https://drill.apache.org/docs/supported-data-types/.
