Feels like you can't access:
https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2/org/apache/apache/14/apache-14.pom
as no other repo contain that pom.

Tried to compile source code of branch 1.11.0 with profile cdh for cloudera -
getting this exception, anyone ?
