Environment: As current netty 4.0.27.Final has a bug
(https://github.com/netty/netty/issues/3539) to epoll method, we now abandon
the epoll method at linux platform (see TransportCheck). Now the epoll bug has
been fixed at 4.0.28 version , the arrow project also upgrade the netty version
to 4.0.41. I wonder we can upgrade the netty version and allow the epoll method
at linux platform.
