The PR [#935|https://github.com/apache/drill/pull/935] for DRILL-5766 removed
the SVG element needed for displaying the minor fragments' Gantt chart.
The chart helps in identifying if there are hotspots or skews in the minor
fragments within a major fragment (for e.g. scanners).
