@amansinha100 These issues might not be because of this PR changes. I
think, these are random issues which are being shown up in my branch. I heard
from @Ben-Zvi that he also had some issues with empty table in his private
branch. Anyway I have made a change to check for htable being not null and now
all the tests are passing.
I will update this PR once I talk to @Ben-Zvi about the issue which he had
seen in his private branch.
