After building Drill and resolving problems, specified in the previous comment, Drill failed to start using `sqlline.bat -u "jdbc:drill:zk=local"`. `HADOOP_HOME` or `hadoop.home.dir` weren't set. All works fine for the same machine, but with `jdk1.8.0_191` on current master.
