I will address the review comments in a piece-meal fashion given the sizable review comment changes. The main review comments I have tried to address here in the latest three commits: 1) Move hllAccuracy out of QueryContext, ignore top level complex-types. 2) Support for nested scalar columns. 3) Support for storing the major type instead of the minor type.
