There was a JIRA (https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DRILL-7032) which
resulted in some improvements to the PCAP format plugin which converted the TCP
flags to boolean format and also added a {{is_corrupt}} boolean field. This
field allows users to look for packets that are corrupt.
Unfortunately, this functionality is not duplicated in the PCAP-NG format
plugin, so this JIRA proposes to do that.
