HTTP Plugin Revisions

Hey Paul, 
I'm about ready to push some revisions to the HTTP plugin, and I had a quick 
question.  There are a few instances where you pointed out that the Base 
Storage plugin will handle this, specifically the toString() methods in a few 
classes.  Should I leave those alone until the base format plugin is committed, 
or would you recommend fixing them w/o that?
