Review comment:
       Good point, but this behaviour is required to preserve backward 
compatibility. Though now we don't have a separate fields for username and 
password, it is possible to specify them with previous syntax. For the case 
when user has accidentally specified only username or password, returning such 
credential provider will allow displaying this configuration property in plugin 
configuration instead of just omitting it.
