On 1.18 I was unable to query files with optional decimal columns, that was
fixed on https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DRILL-7919
However I am still unable to query the linked parquet file, the "big"
difference here is the amount of data in the file it self. The file contains 7
decimal columns with approximately 80.000 rows in a single rowgroup.
