Enable UNION TYPE Mode support for EVF JSON reader, which is controlled with
_exec.enable_union_type_ system/session option.
Need to leverage
_SingleMapWriter#unionEnabled_ functionality __ and bind to __
_JsonLoaderOptions#unionEnabled_ config
