I couldn't find what enables the LGTM CI runs. I tried a PR that
removes the .lgtm.yml file but that didn't help.

https://github.com/apache/drill/pull/2631

Maybe, it's something that needs to be disabled from the lgtm.com web site?

Does anyone have any insight into how the LGTM builds were enabled?
