Summary: Remove Google Analytics from Drill Website

The Apache Drill website is using *_Google Analytics_* which is not permitted
by the {*}_ASF Privacy Policy_{*}[1]. PMCs were notified of this by the VP Data
Privacy in April 2022:

I created a PR request to remove Google Analytics from the Drill website:
* https://github.com/apache/drill-site/pull/47/
The ASF hosts its own Matomo instance to provide projects with analytics and
you can request a tracking id for Drill by sending a mail to privacy AT
apache.org.
Please note that the ASF Infra team will be shortly be implementing a Content
Security Policy that will block access to external trackers anyway
