Checked hashes, LICENSE, NOTICE, copyright date, DISCLAIMER, built (skipping 
tests) on JDK 8 Ubuntu. Ran RAT.

Checked that contents of src.tar.gz correspond to commit f169ada.

Did not verify bin package other than checking hashes.

Thanks for the nice clear build instructions in README.md.
