Congratulations on the release, everyone! The release notes [1] have some branding issues. The project’s name is “Apache Druid (incubating)”, but the notes call it “Druid” throughout; in fact they don’t mention “Apache” at all. It isn’t helped by the fact that the links point to druid.io <http://druid.io/> rather than druid.apache.org <http://apache.org/>.
Hadoop, Parquet, Kafka and (probably) Kinesis also need to be qualified. Looking over other documentation, talks, and blog posts, it’s clear that Druid developers need to get into the habit of using the Apache brand.
