Thanks for being release manager and making the announcement, Clint. Most projects announce by sending to annou...@apache.org. This reaches a wider audience (I know several journalists and analysts who follow it). So it is useful to have an explanatory paragraph "Apache Druid (incubating) is ...".

Apache policy is for only the latest release (of each active dev branch) to be on the mirrors. Old releases are served from the archives. So, going forward, plan to delete an old release from dist/release each time you make a release. Also fix up the history page to point to the artifacts in the archive.
