+1 (binding) - Verified signatures and checksums of both src and bin packages. - NOTICE, LICENSE, DISCLAIMER are present in both src and bin packages. - Source tarball git.version file is present and correct. - Source tarball builds ok with "mvn package". - Ran through quickstart on binary tarball. - There's a stray extra autogenerated file web-console/lib/sql-function-doc.ts in the source tarball, but it seems harmless (it has a proper header anyway, and https://github.com/apache/incubator-druid/pull/7911 is going to remove it in the next build from master). For those reasons, it doesn't seem like a release blocker to me.
