I’m not sure what’s wrong, but the docker hub images aren’t getting the version 
tags:
https://hub.docker.com/r/apache/incubator-druid/tags 
<https://hub.docker.com/r/apache/incubator-druid/tags>

Even though https://jira.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-18887 
<https://jira.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-18887> describes the config to set 
the image tag.
