Hiya, The Kinesis Client Library is now licensed under the Apache 2.0 license. I believe this is as of version 1.9.4
I believe that 1.9.2 is currently the listed dependency in the Kinesis Indexing Service and there are instructions for how to put the KCL on the classpath in the documentation which gets around the previous licensing issue with the KCL. I don't think the license change has been announced widely, so wanted to bring it up in case it can help simplify the build process or documentation.
