Hello Druids, We cut the 0.23.0 branch in the last week of April. So while it isn't a long ago that druid 0.23.0 was released, technically we will cross the 3-month window at the end of July. It feels like the right time to discuss the 24.0 release.
I am volunteering again for the 24.0 release. Let's use this thread to identify any important issues and features that we want to get in. I am particularly looking forward to the support for nested columns and multi-stage distributed queries in the upcoming release. There are some PRs yet to be raised for the latter ( https://github.com/apache/druid/issues/12262#issuecomment-1162615382). We should get those in before the code freeze for 24.0. Are there any other in-flight PRs that we should/can get into 24.0? I am also referring to this release as "24.0" instead of "0.24.0". This is based on the discussion we had here - https://lists.apache.org/thread/w7phy1kz52lq3p9mty597tmtd3br858m.
