Now more and more people are joining to dubbo, but there is no guide
for new contributor to startup, such as:1. join to dev mailing list 2. track issue/pr changes 3. how to fix issue, how to merge code, how to add comments 4. how to commit pull request 5. ... These informations are placed in each repo, code base and docs. I think the only one guide is needed, placed in apache/incubator-dubbo, and can be found at the first sight. Yong Zhu.
