https://github.com/apache/incubator-dubbo
https://github.com/dubbo/dubbo.github.io copied from
https://github.com/apache/incubator-dubbo-website
I think : if we delete https://github.com/dubbo/dubbo, we can focus on
https://github.com/apache/incubator-dubbo
https://github.com/dubbo/dubbo.github.io is a
duplicate，although it is still useful now.
