As discussed in the separated thread (named "a proposal for moving component project such as incubator-dubbo-rpc-jsonrpc"), it might be better to wait for the consolidation to complete so that your code could go in easier. Therefore, a suggested approach will be kimmking/incubator-dubbo-rpc-xmlrpc -(transfer to)-> dubbo/incubator-dubbo-rpc-xmlrpc -(donate to)-> apache/incubator-dubbo-rpc-component, if you would like to do so. Considering that your contribution is relatively large, and if it is not a one-time donation, you might need to submit an ICLA [1].
