The rest related code is donated by Dangdang, but the documentation[1] is not donated. Unfortunately it is under Creative Commons 3.0 which is incompatible with (category X) Apache. So I don't think they can be donated unless they change their license. I will tying to contact with Dangdang folks to see if they would like to change the license.
