Hi All, I have suggested to sign the ICLA for significant contribution, e.g. repackage to org.apache.dubbo, which was based on the knowledge that it is ASF wide policy.
As pointed by Mark, that was not true. How do you guys think? On Wed, Jun 20, 2018 at 11:38 PM, Mark Thomas <[email protected]> wrote: > ICLAs are never required for contributions. They are only required for > committers.
