Hi All,

I have updated the issue template, how does it look like?

The current process:

1. click the "New issue button"
2. choose the template
3. fill in the template and submit

Compare to the prior process, user will need one more step (which is
step 2), I am not sure whether this is good for users.

The concern behind is that user might ask question rather than report
issue, how to deal with these issues? They normally don't have
templates.
