I have checked the project[1], and summarized the status of ICLA signing [2].
After reading this document[3], since it is a sample project made by the community, and most of the contributors are originally Dubbo committers, I think there is no need to sign SGA. A few of the contributors need to sign the ICLA, especially satansk and hengyunabc. Some of the can't be reached via email, since there contribution is trivial, I believe we can ignore them or delete their contributions if necessary. Thoughts?
