About one hour ago, developers who watched Dubbo repo on GitHub received many emails about dubbo robot comment on some Pull requests which is conflict with master branch and can not be merged. The reason is: I developed a function which will notify the author of not mergeable open prs with a comment, the check will run every 5 mins and there are about 10 open prs in Dubbo repo can not be merged currently. I suppose the comment will not be a problem for others but GitHub will send all issue comments by email to the developers who watched the repo which causes great disturbance to the developers. I am really sorry about this and it is my mistake by enabling this function for Dubbo, actually all functions should be disabled by default for Dubbo and enabled after community discussion. This is what happened just now and I also what to know what you think about this function and how to improve it to fit Dubbo's need, like expand the check interval or only comment once for this prs?
