It is, which is a show stopper for the release. I am cancelling the vote and restart a new one. BTW, this a known issue in 2.6.x release, and it has been fixed by [1]. But due to this pull request [2], the fix are lost. What is more embarrassing is that it is me who merged this pull request. :) I am going to fix it and re-tagging it today.
