Since the majority of the users are still in china I think it's not urgent to start a deliberated Dubbo channel on stackoverflow.
I think what Ian suggests is more practicable, start from checking dubbo related questions on stackoverflow, then we decide the necessity of opening one. Stackoverflow would be a good way to spread us globally.
