I believe using https://github.com/cla-assistant/cla-assistant/blob/master/src/client/assets/robots.txt <https://github.com/cla-assistant/cla-assistant/blob/master/src/client/assets/robots.txt> this config can disallow the robot's checking CLA. But firstly we need the access to change it.
