Robots usually require greater permissions. I'm not sure if the infra team
allows it. Maybe you can ask them.

Another point, we may be able to increase the activity of the community by
attracting new contributors, and also encourage contributors to review PR
or deal with issues. (They may become commiter of the community in the
future)
