This is a good idea. but now Dubbo admin still has some problems to fix, I 
think this work can be postponed.

hey all,

I see there are some bug fixes and improvements added to dubbo-admin recently.

dubbo-admin doesn't have a formal release in recent two years, I would
like to suggest deploying snapshot version for dubbo-admin to apache
snapshot repo, so early users can have a try and give feedback.

Any thoughts?
