I have a quick look at those websites. It's very interesting and
sounds like another version of "Google Summer of Code".

I would like to give +1 for this suggestion.

According to guidelines on website[1], I believe apache dubbo matches
their requirements. The deadline for signup is May 20th.

Those are still something we need figured out before signing up

1.Is there any brand issue? I can see Apache DolphinScheduler is in
the list[2], maybe we can get some information from them
2. What task or issue can be put into the list and who volunteers to
be a mentor?
