Hi Linghong, This could be related to the invalid scala-tools url declaration in "eagle/pom.xml": (http://scala-tools.org/repo-releases) Please remove the declaration of scala-tools repository like this : https://github.com/apache/eagle/pull/795/files, then re-build it.
