First you need to download the code. Apart from Eagle core module, there are three main categories of applications (or data feeders) * eagle metric: hdfs/hbase/resource manager JMX metrics, which are collected by scripts under eagle-external/hadoop_jmx_colletor/* * eagle jpm: include MR running/history job crawlers, Spark running/history job crawler, hadoop queue, etc * eagle security: include hdfs/hbase audit log, hive query log monitor
