Thanks Julian. I am now able to create one file in
https://git-wip-us.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator-eagle.git

But https://github.com/apache/incubator-eagle.git/ is not updated/synced
from git-wip-us.apache.org. Probably we need some administration work to
enable sync up between git-wip-us and github.com.
