Yes, Hao, good suggestion. Actually, I have my own testing repository, and it failed to communicate with Apache Jenkins last week, so I'm just not sure if there is any restriction filtering out github organization other than "apache". I find a guiding blog for setup steps, which also mentions the jenkins listens to pull requests to github.com/apache repositories. Anyway, I will try with my own repo again and double check the configurations. Hopefully it works.
