Hi team,

The main purpose of this email is: temporarily, please ignore CI build
failures of our PR checking, until I resolve an configuration issue and
send another notification.

The reason is as the followings:

Recently, our PRs are suffering from constant CI build failures, which may
block them from being merged. We know the build failed because some of our
unit tests didn't get passed, but today, in the jobs' log, I found another
issue that also caused infinite failures. It is: the configuration of one
CI plugin made our changes not able to be tested and therefore not passed.

Due to none of us have the permission to change the configuration of the
plugin, to resolve this issue, I have to contact Jenkins admin to ask for
help, and meanwhile, I'll try to write commands to make it function
properly as a workaround.

In this bug-fix time period, for the sake of not blocking all PR merges,
please review PRs manually as we did before and ignore the failure marks on
PR page which are made by CI jobs.

Once I get the CI to behave as expected, I'll send another notification to
everyone, and until then can we rely more on CI jobs for our automatic
Quality Assurance process.

Thanks.
Michael
